What do you get?

The AutoPulse gives you a comprehensive view on your organizational health. The findings are broken down into actionable recommendations:

1. Overall health score and sector scores for strategy, structure, culture and leadership

2. Breakdown per sector, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of your organization

3. Deep-dive analysis of hot spots (e.g., functions, locations, levels of hierarchy, etc.) on question item level

4. Suggestion of counter-measures to improve your organization, as well as starting points for further investigation, e.g. via deep dive interviews

How does it work?

1. Take the AutoPulse Survey
The Autopulse survey consists of 53 question items to be rated on a scale from 1 to 6. It takes ca. 10 minutes to complete. You can explore the online survey right here.

2. Review your outcomes
After completing the survey, you will receive a high-level evaluation of your outcomes. It shows how your company performs on the different sectors of organizational health.

3. Discuss detailed findings with our experts
For a more detailed report and breakdown of each sector, feel free to reach out to us. Our experts are happy to discuss your survey results and their implications with you in a short, 30-minute call.
